I had such a great experience at the Brow Arc in Indian River Mall! The team is super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My brows came out perfectly shaped—natural, clean, and exactly how I like them. The salon is very clean and well-kept, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. I really appreciated the attention to detail. If you’re near Indian River Mall and need your brows done right, this is the place to go!

I've gone to Brow Arc since 2018. When I moved to Daytona, there were now in the area, and I tried 2 different threading places up there but they both sucked. I just recently moved back to the area and one of the first things I did when I got here was go get my eyebrows done. I really never request anyone specific, and they've all done a great job. They prices are good compared to other places, and it's always very clean.

I'd give no stars if I were a first time customer. I've been going here since they opened the doors and have had several decent techs throughout. Miriam usually is pretty good, but the last two times I went to her, she removed hair from my brow. I like literally I had bald patches. Make sure she doesn't talk to much. Thankfully, A lady at a very nice salon helped me maintain them afterwards.

I’ve been coming here for two years. My daughter and I are very particular about our eyebrows and this place has always delivered. All the ladies are friendly and there’s hardly a wait. Maryam is our favorite. She does my daughter’s brows perfectly.

September 6, 2023 I went to the Vero beach Mall to have my eyebrows done. I had the absolute worst service the from Aman, she was rude, and unnecessarily rough. She didn’t not even clean the excesses hair after finishing. After looking at the mirror, I saw she left them so uneven it’s embarrassing, and they are no where near to what I asked for. when I had never had this experience everyone else is lovely attentive and knowledgeable. I truly have never experienced worse service than this ,and will be sure to never return and advise others against getting serviced by your business.Service: Eyebrow threading
