My husband tried to give really nice/new polo shirts and business attire to this location and they laughed at him. He's been struggling pretty hard in life lately and really needed a mental win. If you only accept money, non-profit, then say so. Stop pretending you want any other assistance

I was trying to be a client I'll get everything they wanted me to do I took the drug test and passed how does psychology evaluation completely honest with the lady they gave me the I think they areblowing me off. I tried repeatedly to get an answer are they going to let me in? Left several messages no return call maybe I should have been so honest with the lady I just feel like she went and told everybody and broke her vows that's why they decided not to let me in I'm not very happy about it but sleeping in my car for a month have another shower for 3 weeks it really sucks I'm just trying to do the right thing and I keep running into roadblocks

Having a good amount of industry experience with various sober living environments, I am so grateful for what Chuck and Jermey provide for their residents at Camp Haven. Not only are they preparing these gentlemen for life outside of Camp Haven but they are creating structure and accountability that can lead to significant and life-altering changes for them.

Camp Haven is an educational program for men who are temporally homeless. They must be 18 years and older, willing and able to work. They are provided shelter and taught coping, communications, vocational and life skills to attain and retain jobs and foster healthy relationships. They are taught respect for boundaries, required to be substance abuse free, abide by rules or deal with consequences for non adherence of program requirements. It is a 501 c 3 non profit supported by individuals, local foundations and churches. Space is limited. Commitment to learn self awareness and desire to change are essential.
