“Very positive experience with 2230 sq' "whole house" vinyl wood flooring installation. Showroom flooring price per unit was displayed with "installed" prices, making costs easier to ballpark. Measuring was prompt. IRF was patient and good humored as I borrowed many samples and changed my mind 3 times on plank selection. Installation was performed by polite, pleasant, on-time and skilled workmen. The final invoice was true to the original estimate. Cost to grind uneven foundation areas was reasonable - a big relief. I was very happy with the finished job - it transformed my house.”

“When having the need to "suddenly replace" a ceramic tile flooring, my immediate thought was to contact Pro Source which I have dealt with before. That first time experience was seamless in working with the sales people in respects to experience, knowledge and professionalism; not to mention having everything of higher quality to choose from. This time working with sales/account manager Heather Lockwood I was immediately shown the type of LVT I was considering ahead of time and given all the material data re such. After taking the 3 samples narrowed down to, to my home to see the relevance; the decision was apparent quickly. Upon return the next day, the sales process was completed without further ado. The person doing the restoration work/labor also participated in this decision and matter and coordinates with Pro Source with others as well and is highly respected. All of this to date has been top-notch and satisfying, where recommending them to anyone else is without doubt and goes without saying otherwise. A high-5 and then some!”
