I have been trying to call this location for over 2 weeks now. Looked on google and I see they are "having issues with their system" in another google review.I have called the call center directly, and spoke with a representative. The representative let me explain the whole story of me trying to reach this location and they/the branch are not responding THEN he just transfers me to the branch that is NOT answering. I called the call center again AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!!I have left voicemails on BOTH the personal branch manger AND co-managers phone lines. I have not gotten a call back !! - This was about 1 week ago.I have submitted emails requesting for someone to reach out to me. They state a representative will reach out via email within 2-3 days. I submitted not one but two emails and have not gotten a response.Horrible quality of phone and call center representation. I can't imagine what in person services would be like.

On a 1200 market move day their system seems to have gone down. 31 phone calls and live chat could speak to a soul. JokeAwesome could you tell the Markets to wait until resolved?

Good luck getting anyone at the local branch to pick up the telephone. The automated system will end up kicking you to a call center hub. So much for the small town personal experience.

Be very careful with this company, They have mislead me several times and the manager is not responsive. I'm in the process of moving my accounts to another broker due to the poor service. It is always " that is not like us" but the same problems repeat time after time. Stay away there are better places to go.
