With chase I have love and hate relation ship. I have been with Chase bank I believe more then 30 years. I decided long ago that all the banks in general work with the same set of rules and guide lines, so there is no point to leave one and fall into worse one, The second episode ( a positive one) , overviewing my account the decision makers came to my help by offering to save me from drowning . Chase bank is very efficient with there work frame , they are siting strong and solid, your money is safe .

I’ve been a chase customer for a long time, and everyone is always very nice, unfortunately this time wasn’t the same, autumn told me she didn’t get paid enough to count a handful of dimes I had that wasn’t enough to fill a roll… I wasn’t gonna be bothered by it at first, but after a lady next to me spoke up and said that she should count them for me, and also the other chase worker also said she she count them for me and she said she didn’t have time to count them for me, I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I thought banks were made for counting money… and now I have a pocket full of dimes, I’m honestly not that disappointed and I still love chase, but I felt like I should leave a review because now I have to go to another chase branch to deposit the coins that autumn didn’t want to accept from me

I had a really nice experience working with Greg Cory at the Chase Bank branch in Vero Beach today while opening a new business account. From the start, Greg and his co-worker that greeted me made me feel welcome and comfortable.Greg was curious and attentive, asking just the right questions to help me find the best account for my business needs. He knew his stuff and answered all my questions, making the whole process easy and stress-free.What I appreciated most was how Greg genuinely wanted to learn about my business. He took the time to chat and find out my specific needs to make sure I got the right account. I had an appointment here to open a new personal checking account as a returning customer, unfortunately my Florida I.d. and birth certificate weren't valid forms of I.d. so I run home get what I need and come straight back... But then "Oh we are sorry no one has time to help you now" would you like to make a new appt? I said umm no i had already looked online next available appointment was two days later, I said no thank you and called beachland location it was 1:45 they got me in at 3 pm and it took a whole 15 mins to open my account I was out the door acct open check deposited at 3:15. It's a shame us1 employees couldn't be bothered for something that took an efficient banker 15min to do. That's why they have 5stars and US1 has 3. Something.

Don't tell me (a customer for many years) you don't have quarters. I went across the street to Seacoast Bank.. Doubt this goes anywhere, but customers beware!! Thanks for making getting change harder than it should have been!!

A few weeks ago my dad, a customer for over 20 years, was informed that - inexplicably - his safety deposit box was drilled open without his permission. It's completely paid for. All of his accounts are in good standing. He lives 15 minutes away and has both keys. But that apparently doesn't matter. Because - without contacting him first - someone DRILLED his box open and removed the contents. THEN they called him to ask if he had an inventory of what was in his own safety deposit box. Just based on that, wth??Since this breach happened, my dad has requested something very basic and reasonable: a written explanation from the bank, explaining what exactly happened. He's gotten the run around. Hung up on. Rerouted to departments that told him they "aren't allowed to write external letters". Okayyyyy.So I'm putting it out to the fine folks who are hopefully patrolling Google. How. Do. We. Get. Help.
