Best shopping experience with my wife ever!!!….The customer service was amazing, Ms. Brenda & Ms Paula made my wife feel very welcomed and their expertise was on point!… they even have a a bench in the dressing room area, so your wife can model the clothes that she’s about to buy and I thought that was neat because I like shopping with my wife!!

The tall woman with the frizzy hair was incredibly rude. She was curt and unhelpful and made it clear we were bothering her by shopping at this store

Nice store that is well-staffed, very clean, and had a good range of sizes across the styles. Dressing rooms were also a good size (which is a huge plus) with lots of help and assistance if you need other sizes/styles etc., while in the dressing rooms. Parking is a bit of a pain depending on the time of day, but there is nothing they can do about that.

My cousin and my wife visited Chico's in April 2019 for adding enhancements to their hair. They call it fairy hair. It's pretty cool. It is a few strands of shiny colorful tinsel-like strands catch your eye. They charge $20 for putting in 6 to 8 strands. They were both very happy when they left. Unfortunately, all the strands fell out of my cousin's hair the next day and half fell out of my wife's hair. A call to the store revealed that they just don't give a damn. An email to the private contractor who installed the fairy hair went unanswered. THAT REALLY SUCK CHICO'S

Nancy is the best!!! She's been one of the best sales associates I've ever encountered anywhere in the U.S. She is the main reason I go to this location when I could shop at any Chicos from New York to Florida.

If Chico's had a theme song or a jingle you'd hear it every time you went into or walked past my closet. LOVE my Chico closet. I'm never disappointed in anything I've ever purchased at Chico's. Easy care and long lasting line of clothing.
