“Update: I am updating from 4 to 5 stars as the church administrator responded to my report promptly in a courteous manner and took steps to address the issue. I’ve never attended service here but this experience informs me that this church is active and responsive with regard to the community.
This man came into our nail salon (Vivid Touch — a mile from this church) selling Christian hats and asking for donations (without even asking permission from the salon owner) for First Baptist Church. I would rate 1 star but the man may have been fraudulently misrepresenting the church. If he really was from this church, I highly recommend training your volunteers to ask for permission before walking into a place of business and harassing customers!!! I told him “no” 3x and said I already donate to a local ministry, and he kept asking me for money!!! He claims he’s Brother Paul from this church.”
“My grandfather Rev. Charles Strickler was a minister here for many years. He actually built the new building you use now. Always such a wonderful place and the best people. The ones I can remember are Dorothy the Organ player and Jessie and Dutch. Loved them dearly. Hope to make it back to visit one day.”

“We have been attending Oceans for five years now. Since our first visit to Oceans we have been blessed with Pastor Alex’s’ sermons; And the sermons from his team~ Pastor, Brian, Pastor Davidson, and Pastor William. The most wonderful thing for us though is meeting the Holy Spirit personally for the first time ever.
The worship at Oceans is phenomenal. As is the prayer. We are so thankful for Oceans Unite and its ministry to not only the congregation but beyond the walls. This is truly a place where the Holy Spirit is welcome and dwells. Thank you, God for Oceans Unite and this wonderful spirit led ministry. It is the real deal?
