Coastal Van Lines from Vero Beach, Florida came to my home last week to move my furniture. I have always been on guard with moving companies because of a previous traumatic experience with a moving company in the past.
My experience with Coastal Van Lines was quite the opposite. Doyle, Greg and Cam were gentlemen, professional, kind, organized and efficient. They treated my home and belongings as though it were their own personal property. I was so grateful for the referral to this company and as a result, I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for a reputable moving company, which is often a rare find. Coastal Van Lines’ entire team made our Vero Beach move an excellent experience and completely stress free! From the first call, their office team was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. They have the best communication and organization- every detail was handled efficiently and professionally.
On the day of the move, I received both a call and a text before the crew arrived, which was such a nice touch and really showed their attention to detail. Jody even called later in the day to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly.
When the crew arrived, they were right on time and worked with great care and attention. They were polite, focused, and made sure everything was properly wrapped, packed, labeled and loaded. Nothing was rushed and everything arrived in perfect shape.
What stood out most was how easy they made the whole experience. Moving can be SO overwhelming, but Coastal Van Lines turned it into a seamless and even pleasant day. Their mix of professionalism and genuine customer care truly sets them apart. I’d highly recommend Coastal Van Lines to anyone who wants a dependable, high quality moving company that truly delivers on its promises.

I was very impressed by this company with my move from Central Florida to Vero Beach. Communication was excellent from the office. The men arrived on time took so much care with my belongings. Not one hint of damage or anything mishandled. They took their time they didn’t rush and asked questions where things should Be placed. I would highly recommend this company for anybody considering a move. Carlos and Esco were the best I give them a 10. Very nice to work with.

Coastal Van Lines is THE BEST moving company. Family owned and operated, with a small team that gives you the care and attention as if it is their own stuff. We have used them several times through the years for moves. They are organized, thoughtful, and do the job with attention to detail. I highly recommend!

Coastal Moving Services handled a highly specialized, multi-phase local move for our client that spanned over three years. This complex project included packing a 20,000 sq. ft. home after its sale, managing long-term storage, moving half of the contents to a rental home, receiving new inventory, coordinating pickups and deliveries with various vendors, repacking the rental property, and ultimately delivering and installing everything in the client’s new home — all with Coastal’s signature white glove service.
Throughout this extensive process, Coastal consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our needs — and, most importantly, those of our client — were met with professionalism, care, and precision. The level of service and true care is off the charts. Richie and Kelly with the administrative team, I cannot thank them enough for walking me through step-by-step what I needed, how I was gonna need it and how they were going to deliver the services. Up front and honest. True professionals.
The moving team, Carlos and Brian, top-notch ultimate professionals. I cannot praise them or thank them enough for handling my move with such care. They came they took care of things efficiently with the utmost professionalism.
They all took my very stressful situation, and made it their priority and delivered above and beyond my expectations.
Coastal Van lines will be the only moving company I use from here on out!!!

I had a great experience with Coastal Van Lines. James D., Estevan, and Jorge were onsite for the move. They were professional and so accommodating. Richie worked to arrange the moving schedule. 5 stars isn’t enough for this crew!
We hired Coastal Van Lines for a local move here in Vero and they were absolutely outstanding. The crew and management were fantastic!! Professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. They went above and beyond to protect both our furniture and our home, taking extra care every step of the way.
I think it’s very rare to find a moving company that actually exceeds expectations, but these guys did just that. One small hiccup along the way, but boy did they respond quick with action! Highly recommend if you want a stress free move with people who truly care about doing the job right!
