All the local CVS pharmacies have really long waits unfriendly staff and they don’t seem to take the time with the patients like this pharmacy here. Bryan is usually swamped with work by himself and phones are ringing off the hook but he never fails to take time for each person and always has a smile or a solution. I have recently moved to the complete opposite side of town now but I refuse to switch pharmacies because of him and the other female pharmacist. I literally drive by two different locations on my way to pick up my medication twice a month. With the recent gas prices that has got to be testimony to the power of customer service especially these days. They don’t make good employees like these two anymore!

Didn’t have my presc option when I get this every month but did see if target had it and they did . The other script they didn’t tell me when I could pick up, or if they had it

I only have compliments about both pharmacists at the 5800 20th St., Target CVS. They are kind, very professional and patient with us. They always have a smile and pleasant speaking voice. My entire family love them.

The pharmacy staff is about as rude as they come. The wait time, rather at the drive thru or inside is always long. After a 10 minute wait to pick up prescriptions the pharmacy girl has the audacity to tell me I need to go upfront now and pay for my cough drops and mucinex because they are too busy at the pharmacy to ring that up with my 4 prescriptions I’m buying. REALLY!!!!!!!! I hate CVS and only use them because of my insurance. Otherwise I wouldn’t step foot inside there

CVS Target in Vero Beach has the best staff and customer service. They answer explain in detail any questions I have about medications. Also, I have prescriptions from a few doctors and sometimes medications interact with each other and can cause severe side effects. That almost happened to me, but Brian caught it and that saved me from serious complications. That was just one of the times. The others were not as serious, but they do pay attention which gives me confidence that my pharmacist is looking out for my wellbeing.

CVS Pharmacy at Target in Vero Beach is the absolute best pharmacy I have ever been to, and I'm 64 years old! Brian the pharmacist is very professional, knowledgeable,and extremely helpful! All the team is wonderful! We have a pharmacy closer to our house, and still come here!!!

Nice organized store. Clerk made no eye contact, answered so quietly I had to ask 3 times. The womens restroom was dirty. Real dirty!
