Pharmacy and staff have the absolute worse attitude. They are always on the defense and always seem frustrated and tense. Sadly, It really looks like they hate their jobs. Quality customer service/care does not exist. Transferred my meds out and absolutely won't be returning!!

CVS cut the Pharmacy staff. There is one pharmacist and one assistant in this very busy store. They don't have time to answer the phone wait on customers and fill prescriptions. I brought in a prescription explaining that I just brought my husband home from the hospital and needed a prescription filled immediately. I had to wait two hours for them to it ten pills in a bottle.

We have always had excellent experiences with the staff. Friendly and very helpful. The store is at a convenient location, easy to access and well maintained. Every time we go in someone steps forwarded offering to help.

The pharmacy workers are rude. You can stand there forever and they don't acknowledge you. Even if it's not busy, plan on spending 10 minutes waiting on line. And watch out for the billing practices. I went in this weekend and I was charged full price for my perscription. I left and called by perscription plan company and I was told CVS never submitted a claim to them. This was a renewal so I don't know what their reason was for not properly filing a claim.
