Trying to sych all of my prescriptions. The two Pharmacists at this store were of no help, where evasive and curt. Ultimately they thought that telling me why they couldn't help me was being helpful. Will search for another drugstore with my track shoes on. The worst service ever!

The majority of the staff at the CVS on N. A1A, Vero Beach, FL are very helpful. There is one consistent flaw and not related to the Virus. No matter how many people are waiting in line, they will not open another register. Today, I waited with 15 other customers while one cashier slowly cashed out each customer. There is an auto-check out now, but doesn't work for returns. If there is a return or any other "special" business, everyone just simply continues to wait. The longest I have waited was 20 minutes, then I just left.

It is INEXCUSABLE for a pharmacy to run out of any medication. I turned my prescription in early, it couldn't be filled until a certain date, when said date arrived they said they were out and it had to be ordered. I have to wait 4 more days and now next doctors visit, because said prescription can only be issued monthly has to wait another 4 days and i run out of medication each time they prolong it. Pharmacists SHOULD NEVER wait until they're OUT or LOW of a medication to order more. It happens every single month, so wait 4 days one month, then 4 more the next month and it all adds up. If you see you're running low or know there is a prescription needing to be filled 4 days prior, should be common practice to make it a priority to have it ready.
