I have generally had good responses from this store. However, it is clear that the staff is overworked and overwhelmed. So, I am reluctant to criticize the long lines and other service delay issues that are beyond their control. Cut them some slack, folks. They are crazy busy.

I came to the pharmacy this evening to pick up a prescription. I also had four other items I brought to the counter to checkout with my prescription. I informed Dante that I had new insurance that I’d like to be updated in the system. He responded “well your prescription is under a discount card”. I said “right, I now have new insurance” he proceeded to ask how long I’ve had the insurance, which had only been a week, but not sure why he needed that information to update my current insurance. He gave me the impression that he didn’t want to take the extra time to make that adjustment. He asked that I move down to the last window and the pharmacist would be right with me. I asked if I could check out the other items I brought to the counter and he told me that he’d prefer if I checked out up front. After waiting 5 minutes and watching the tech and pharmacist continue to work on something else, I went to the front to check out my items. I came back a few minutes later and the tech was still working at the window and the pharmacist was continuing to fill other scripts. I went back up to the front to apply a coupon I had to my previous purchase while waiting. I walked back to the pharmacy and waited a little over 5 more minutes. The tech was talking to another tech that just arrived while the pharmacist was continuing to fill scripts. They both made eye contact with me. I politely asked “excuse me, how much longer will it be?” Dante, in an extremely rude tone responded “it’s ready. I called your name, JESSICA.” (emphasizing my name) I said “oh I didn’t hear, it would’ve nice to know while standing here.” And he continued to say “well I called your name”. He turned his back toward me and began looking at the register. I then continued to wait for several more minutes, and also had to find the kiosk with an open transaction because I wasn’t guided to or told where I was being checked out. I also felt very uncomfortable and didn’t want to ask any further questions. I understand that they could have been busy, but this is unacceptable behavior, especially while working on the clock, nonetheless to a customer. I really hope this behavior is addressed and hope another customer doesn’t have to experience the level of disrespect and extreme discomfort that I unfortunately had to experience. I will be sure not to go to this pharmacy again.

My son has rsv and we’ve been waiting for almost 3 days to get his prescription filled he’s supposed to be getting breathing treatments every four hours and we can’t even do that

Please do not go here!! not only the technician was rude, but he suggested an over the counter medication because the prescription was not ready. When asked about if it was safe for children, he answered "yes" but the pharmacist overheard and quickly said "no, it is not safe for children" what if I had purchase the medication and given it to my child? very unprofessional.

I picked up a prescription that requires injection. No directions, no needle. I asked about it and was told I had to call the doctor. Why didn't they call before filling the prescription? I would think that would have been the logical thing to do.

I was asked if I had Covid by the cashier since I was buying a test. I had mask on and everything. Yes I told her and she freaked out. I was buying a test for my partner just to be in the safe side. Extremely crazy and uneducated and the type of people that are scary for they are acting out of fear. Perhaps a pharmacy is not the job for her Covid for the 3rd time is not unusual especially as a teacher.

This is the worst pharmacy imaginable!!!! The pharmacist was very rude and proceeded to tell me the cost of my medication was $50. Now they did this to me the last 4 times picking up a prescription, they never run it through my insurance. Every time I tell them to run it through Caremark and my so called $50 prescription is now $5. Now, the most recent time trying to talk to the pharmacist about my prescription costing so much he said I need to call my insurance. I call my insurance and they tell me nothing is being put through Caremark. I then call the pharmacy back to verify Caremark member number to see if maybe just maybe it was incorrect. Pharmacist then tells me that he can do that but the prescription that I could pick up and that was ready for $50 is not available anymore. He does not have it in stock. Hm very strange considering I had a text message saying it was ready. He never checked my member number. He just proceeded to tell me he couldn’t fill my prescription now because it was conveniently now not in stock. I then asked him if I could speak to someone higher up than him because at this point he was not willing to help and ready to turn away business. He then hung up the phone. I called again this time to the front store associates asking for the manager, to then get hung up on again. To no avail I was left with no help and sent through multiple hoops. The front store associate tells me the manager will be in on Friday. I said okay that is tomorrow so I can speak with the manager tomorrow Morning? The store clerk said no ma’am Friday….. I said tomorrow is Friday….. today is Thursday. Sept 22, 2022 and the time is 6:07. She said I’m sorry ma’am Saturday. Needless to say this staff is very unprofessional and customer service is nonexistent. Run far from this place. I never post Google reviews but this was a must as I was very belittled.

We registered online for covid booster. It went through with confirmation...then canceled for no reason. Tried to call cvs...listening to awful music for 90 min., No one answered...went to store and said one of us was canceled. They take walkins...oh, but not now...come back tomorrow morning.Totally messed up!!!

Decent store with all (and more) products you expect to find. Many products are quite expensive comparing them with some regular stores. Got good advice on a blood-pressure machine and bought it.
The pharmacy is a different story. I don't have so much time to wait or come back.
UPDATE 2021:
Nothing changed - will it ever? Expensive batteries and not much help to find a product - blame Covit.
