He missed a lot of tax issues and benefits which could have helped me in retirement. The secretary is very condensending and haughty. Most of the time she won't even let you speak to Dan, she acts like she's the press secretary at the White House. After 5 years he got annoyed at somethng , wouldnt' say what, then refused to do my taxes a few days before they were due. No explaination, just said I can't do it. Left me hanging.I had to file an extention. Very unprofessional.
