The lady that was working today should be in charge of training others on how to properly make DD food. She made a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich look like a full meal. from someone that came from the home of Dunkin’ Donuts in New England. There’s so many people that need to learn from her. For employee credit purposes today is April 2, 2024 time is 6:30 PM.

I've gone 4 days in a row now, finally got the drive-thru girl to smile and be friendly today. Other employees just seem miserable with their jobs, unfortunately ? I won't get donuts or food here they are sloppy with their work. Coffee is good if you are exact with your order. Otherwise, they could care less if you're satisfied. The place was unclean, and one of the restrooms out of order while the only one not out of order was unclean. I'm a long time Dunkie Junkie and this location was my very first bad experience ?

The first time was a disaster and this time, I was threatened by your employee Megan at the drive thru as I am trying to pick up my mobile order that was placed. The drive thru employee not sure her name, never answered me as I was waiting for over 5 minutes at the drive thru intercom. So I pulled up to retrieve my order. The employee proceeds to tell me her headset broke... uuummm there was another employee with a headset on as well, walking thru the store, she couldn't hear me either s aying hello at the intercom?? My mobile order was not together... the window employee had no clue, as I am waiting and waiting for my coffee and food... then I asked for a manager, Megan walks up very rude demeanor, and I proceed to explain what the issue is and Megan answers me, we are going through shift change, my mobile order should have been completed and put together. Instead I got treated horrible, with my daughter and 1 year old granddaughter in the car... that wasn't the kicker though... I was then threatened by Megan who verbally told me as she was walking behind counter, to meet her outside as she was rude and off the clock... I should have called 911 and had her arrested for the verbal threat she made. YOU LET YOUR EMPLOYEE TALK TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!!! Manager Frank just walked up to window and said I'll take care of her and walked away from me leaving drive thru window open... I AM SO APPULED BY THESE ACTIONS, I DONT THINK I WILL EVER BE BACK TO ANY LOCATION OF YOURS!!! A customer being threatened by employee is not the way to do business!!!

I am an avid Dunkin customer firstly so I hate leaving these types of reviews. Upon arriving in the drive thru I was asked to wait, when the employes were ready to take my order they were rushing me, asking if I was ready when I have a car full(5ppl) no one else behind us. If you don't want to be at work don't come in but having an attitude with customers is completely uncalled for. Your working in customer service waiting on customers is you job. Was visiting Vero Beach for a few days and located near by but very disappointed in this Dunkin location and will be goin elsewhere for the remainder of my visit. Suggest talking to to employees about attitude and how they ask if an order is complete instead of "are you done yet?"

This location is pretty slow service, especially drive-through. Usually, it takes about 15 minutes. But they're always nice. I'm sure they're just understaffed. Plus, they're right off I95, so they stay pretty busy.

I got the chicken croissant around 7am, it was cold and tasted like it’s been sitting overnight or something the chicken was very soggy overall it was disgusting, don’t recommend this location because the last time I went it was also a terrible

Coffee was good & location was very clean, but there was only 1 person in line in front of me & I waited almost 15 minutes for a large cold brew coffee with cream. Never waited that long at other Vero & Sebastian locations, even when they were busier than this one was.

The food was disgusting, I asked for a sour dough breakfast sandwich it came with 2 eggs, bacon and cheese, when I got it , and got to work I opened it up and it was straight cheese and salt like burnt plastic never again will I go

I observed a male employee today (wearing a mask) berate a female customer who was in a Fire Dept uniform. On a side note, the service here is regularly beyond all levels of slow.

This is the worst dunkin dont waste your time. Everything is broken most of the time or they do not have the item that you want to order.
