Experience with service department was great, but window washer indicator light was on before going, so when I went to get oil change, and left, the the washer indicator light was still on, I called them and they told me that this is common and that the censor is faulty , and it is my responsibility to pay for new one even though I am under warranty ! I feel this is poor business! I do not recommend this location, I spent a lot of money in the past in this service department to be treated this way

Apparently they have become really money hungry as they are no longer honoring Wallace (stuart) Mazda oil change coupons. Gave the service writer my usual Wallace coupon for oil change which is like $64.95 rather than use the Dyer coupon which is $74.95. She took a snapshot of the coupon from my phone. When the bill came out for a oil change and tire rotation it was $101. She said she could not take the Wallace coupon did not bother to apply the dyer coupon or even suggest it, and gave me some corporate doublespeak about Amanda is the new Service Manager who replaced someone who was giving away "too many freebies". Also told me if I wanted to use the Wallace coupon I need to go to Wallace. I called Amanda, left a VM and never got a response. From now on, I will be going to Wallace. BTW, their new 23 Miatas have a $4k profit addon on the sticker.

Of all the dealerships weve visited in our lifetimes, Dyers stands head and shoulders above them all. Sales and service personnel are competent and friendly. They make you feel like family.

Finally someone who gets customer service! I brought my Mazda 3 in because the dreaded "Check Engine" light was on. I was quoted a $99 diagnostic fee over the phone and was told the fee would be applied to any repairs. They quickly scheduled me for later that day. The error came up as a minor evaporation, probably a gas cap issue. I've experienced that in the past. They checked all the seals, turned off the "Check Engine" light and took it for a test drive. Check engine light remained off. Not only did they not charge me because they didn't find anything wrong, but they washed my car as a courtesy!!! They didn't even try to sell me a new gas cap, air filter, wiper blades, etc! It gets better... in the process of washing my car they broke my already damaged antenna. They replaced it for free and even asked if I needed help putting it on. Super helpful, super courteous!!! I will definitely be going back!

I bought a car in march from mazda, and the salesman pete was who i dealt with. The car which was only a couple of months old was sent home with me with the interior dirty and smeared with peanut butter and the full tank of gas i was promised was left on empty. I called pete to let him know what was going on and he said to bring it back in and they would detail it and fill up the tank, well i got the car back and it was definitely a half assed attempt to clean the car but at least i did get the full tank of gas. We started to receive letters in the mail concerning my car's warranty so we texted (during business hours) pete (who had told us to text with any questions we had about anything) asking if this was something we should be worried about but unfortunately he opened the text and never responded. I guess this dealership is only worried about getting you to spend your money with them and not any follow up customer service support.

I brought my car in for recalls because the previous owner of my vehicle didn’t do so, and there was a new recall for my airbag. I bought it in, the customer service was nice and polite, but when I got my car back, it reeked of gas. I didn’t say anything because I thought it would go away since they did a recall for my fuel tank, the smell did not go away. Dyer has sunk from top notch 5 star rating to below average. The problem isn't the employees. It's management. They are overbooking service and work that should take 1 hour will have you waiting 3 hours. (and you're not told until you get their to drop off you car). I took my car in last week for regular oil change/maintenence and I was there 2-1/2 hours and then asked if I wanted to wait longer for the courtesy car wash (which isn't near what it used to be - a plus I realize - but this was standard service from Dyer in the past. Since I've been a customer of Dyer for 4 years (I bought a new car from them), I thought last week's sub-par service was a fluke. I took my car back this week for tires. It should have taken 1-1/2 hours tops. when I brought it in, THEN I was told it would be 2 hours. It ended up being over 3 hours. Employees do what they're told to do by management. I don't fault them at all. It's Management that is the problem. I won't be going back. Very disappointing because at one time this Dealership & it's Service Department were tops. I hope management see this - not one person in the front offices complained - they are 100% professional. Wake up Dyer Mgmt. ...your reputation will not keep customers and if your employees are smart they'll find other work that doesn't make them deal the brunt of your poor mgmt decisions.

I bought a car from them on Thursday and did not drive it until Sunday and noticed a slice in the tire. Went to dealership on Monday a manager took a picture and said he will call me Tuesday. NO CALL Called salesperson both Tuesday and Wednesday and again NO CALL BACK. Very disappointed
