I had a battery issue called the service department on Saturday. Arrived noontime and was in and out within an hour. The service advisor and service manager was excellent. Would recommend this dealership for service.

One of the best experiences I had getting my car serviced at Dyer Mazda. Joseph at the service center was excellent making my appointment, keeping track on my selected date to come in and making sure that Master mechanic George will be able to take care the scheduled service requirements. George met me when I brought my car and reviewed with me the items that needed attention. George did an outstanding job in replacing my steering wheel, flushed and replaced the brake fluid, and tested my battery to make sure it was holding the required amount of charge without getting too hot and not .losing cold Cranking Amps.
The wheel alignment was perfect after replacing the steering wheel. The battery test indicated a worned battery which will be replaced right away to eliminate future problems. All work was done expeditiously and done accurately the first time. George also inspected everything about my car including tires, belts, fluids, filters etc. and did a video recording of the inspection and text it to me for review. I also received everything that was done with test results given to me in their report.
Everyone was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

If your looking for just an oil change in your new vehicle then that’s fine but don’t listen to any of there technicians. I bring in my literal 2year old Mazda with less than 20K miles and they tell me that the brakes are bad and need replaced, the tires (Falcon Sports) were dry rotted supposedly and it had an oil change done where they said it had an oil leak but couldn’t tell me where it was and for them to find said oil leak it would be $100. Just another greedy corporate company. Funny enough I gave them this second chance after bringing my 2005 Mazda 6 in a few years back and there technicians taking hours for a airbag recall just to be blaring my sound system and getting home to find they broke my trunk latch. So long story short. Don’t waste your time

Poor. Technician couldn't recreate my problem for a day and a half.
Them miraculously said transmission needed to be replaced.At a cost of $7k.
