Whoo hoo...these guys helped me get a key for my locking hubs. Had car shipped, shippers lost key. Very nice folks....maybe i can get tires there.

Experience with service department was great, but window washer indicator light was on before going, so when I went to get oil change, and left, the the washer indicator light was still on, I called them and they told me that this is common and that the censor is faulty , and it is my responsibility to pay for new one even though I am under warranty ! I feel this is poor business! I do not recommend this location, I spent a lot of money in the past in this service department to be treated this way

I bought a Honda Civic from Dyer today. Alan helped me and got straight to the point without any traditional sales tactics. Very peaceful environment. I was in and out in under 2 hours and drove it off the lot.I will purchase my next car from Dyer, no question.Thank you guys for an easy, enjoyable experience. Ill be back.

Apparently they have become really money hungry as they are no longer honoring Wallace (stuart) Mazda oil change coupons. Gave the service writer my usual Wallace coupon for oil change which is like $64.95 rather than use the Dyer coupon which is $74.95. She took a snapshot of the coupon from my phone. When the bill came out for a oil change and tire rotation it was $101. She said she could not take the Wallace coupon did not bother to apply the dyer coupon or even suggest it, and gave me some corporate doublespeak about Amanda is the new Service Manager who replaced someone who was giving away "too many freebies". Also told me if I wanted to use the Wallace coupon I need to go to Wallace. I called Amanda, left a VM and never got a response. From now on, I will be going to Wallace. BTW, their new 23 Miatas have a $4k profit addon on the sticker.

We purchased 15 months ago & tried a Lease this time. We are Very Pleased with the Professional,Cautious & Patient salesman Carlos. We Highly recommend him & this Dealership. The Service department is also top notch in Our book. Great Job whenever we came in.

We had a scheduled an appointment for a dashboard message saying “In-vehicle network malfunction”. Upon arrival, service manager Kevin told us, without remorse or care, that there had been an error with the scheduling staff and they could only inspect the car mornings (not afternoons anymore). He couldn’t care less about people missing work and the inconvenience this had caused. After pointing out that this was our 2nd bad experience there and that was not acceptable, he reluctantly offered a full detailing service at the next appointment. However, when we brought the car back the car had simply been washed, and poorly washed. The inside & outside detailing service advertised: exterior waxing, interior vacuuming, carpets shampooing, wheels cleaning, etc. None of that had been done. No inside vacuum, no waxing, dirt and sand all over the driver’s carpet area, stained of sprayed greasy liquid all over the inside leather (splashes not wiped), areas not cleaned at all, dirt all over the exterior front, all tires and above compartment muddy, etc. On top of that they – once again (happened once before) had put way too much air (nitrofill) 40 psi (which increased to 43-45 when driving in hot weather) on a recommended 35 psi. We called Kevin to let him know. He told his assistant that he didn’t want to take my call and that his manager Amanda Clark would call me. Amanda never called. No surprise. We reached out to Mazda corporate office. They were very responsive and apologetic. An embarrassment for the brand name. A place to avoid.

I took my 2013 CX-5 in because of a loud rattling sound coming from front end. I expected the worst. Madison, my service advisor, was phenomenal. She said it was just a couple of loose caliper bolts and they couldn’t in good conscience even charge me a diagnostic fee to fix it. First class, honest service. Something rarely found in the auto repair business these days. Keep up the good work Dyer Mazda.

My experience buying my first vehicle from Dyer Mazda was amazing! I had been looking for my first car for a couple months, but every other vehicle I looked at from other sales had something wrong with it in some way. Not this car at Dyer Mazda.I first saw the 2010 Chevrolet Malibu that eventually would become my vehicle on Dyer Auto's website. The price was great, photos were great, mileage was great, and the full CARFAX report was available for free on their site. The car had been serviced and inspected by Dyer Auto before sale according to CARFAX, which was great to see. Within a few minutes of inquiring about this car, I was connected with my salesman, Hunter. Hunter was incredible to work with, and was very knowledgeable. Honestly, my car was one of the most inexpensive ones on their lot, and I'm sure it wasn't a very significant sale, but the service I got from Hunter and everyone else at Dyer Mazda made me feel like I was buying a luxury car. Hunter sent me a video of the vehicle inside and out within minutes of inquiring and was very prompt to answer all my questions throughout the process (and, as a first-time car buyer, I had lots of questions!).After paying the deposit for the vehicle, I arrived at the dealership to see the vehicle completely detailed inside and out. There were no negative hidden surprises at all when I first saw and drove the vehicle. It looked so much better than even in the photos. Finalizing the paperwork for the purchase was very easy and comprehensive. Even other salesmen at the dealership congratulated me about the purchase of my first vehicle. I've had my Chevrolet for almost two weeks now, and I absolutely love it. I thought the process of buying my first car would be a lot harder, but Dyer Mazda made it very simple. Hard for me to believe that the vehicle in the driveway is mine! Would highly recommend Dyer Mazda to friends and family.

I would like to thank Chris Glover for all of his assistance and compassion in getting my vehicle taken care of after an extremely long frustrating experience I had. He really listened and certainly made sure the issue was taken care of and in a timely manner! Definitely one happy customer here ! :)

Dyer Mazda in Vero Beach has a top notch service team. Every person answering phones or giving information was friendly and helpful. My service manager, Kevin, is their best asset. He was professional and knowledgeable. I knew my car was in good hands. Best service I've ever received at a dealership.

Everyone that we dealt with at Dyer was wonderful. I was provided a loaner car, the exact make and model of my car that was dropped off for service. It may have been coincidence, but the settings and radio station of the loaner car matched what my car was on when I dropped it off. Coincidence? Maybe, but I was impressed at the attention to detail and customer service. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Service department service is horrible! Call to inquire about an overnight drop box and explain the car just shut off in the middle of the road. Inquire on time frame- it's a battery it shouldn't take too long. I was in gear at a red light and it shut off. I told her I just had a tune up done as the issue started and another place couldn't find problem so we were doing tune up just incase (it had recently been done). She then pulls up the account and tells me I have to take it back to them- they did something wrong and are responsible for it. They are not where the problem came from. Then tells me they won't look at the car for 5 days if I bring it in after hours over night even. Get hung up on, call back. Service manager tells me to go some where else. Never once did he even realize she was making assumptions over the phone on the vehicle issue. That she didn't pay attention to what I initially said about where I had the car. Who wouldn't be passed and raise their voice. Apparently she doesn't listen unless you do and then she just hangs up. If you have an issue find another mazda to go to if you have to go to the dealership

Chris the service manager is outstanding to work with. Listens to customers and resolves issues. I would rate him as a 10.What's unfortunate is that damage was done to my vehicle during a prior repair at Dyer Mazda. My vehicle was returned with no mention. I would rate that incident at zero.
