Tre, Frank and Ryan were all helpful in making the deal for us to buy the 2020 Forester. No pressure, highly professional and knowledgeable. No jerking us around.We were happy with the car on the test drive but after driving it, I have some concerns with the handling of the car so I will call Dyer and hope the good relationship will continue until I am satisfied there is nothing wrong with the steering, tires o whatever.Robert and Audrey Niver

Purchased a used car for my daughter a while back. Exceptional Service! Agreed to a price with no hidden fees. Most paperwork was completed prior to delivery. Drove from Georgia and arrived at noon on a Saturday and was happily driving the car back to Georgia before 1pm! I felt compelled to provide this review after dealing with the used car dept of a now unnamed Japanese automaker where I experienced the total opposite. They would not honor the price on their site. Added more than $4000 in "additional dealer costs" to the published price of about 13000 before adding taxes. I was spoiled by the experience at Dyer and wanted to share how customers are treated by ethical and honest used car sales professionals compared to the used car departments of some large dealerships.

I went to the Dyer Subaru Service dept. yesterday for the very 1st time. I found them to be efficient and fast getting me checked in for my appt. They did the service I requested and had some service/maintenance recommendations as well. I chose this dealership because they quoted me a better price on the service I needed then some of the other dealers. Overall I would rate my experience as "Very Good"

My experience at Dyer Subaru was abysmal for three weeks. There was little to no communication with me about the A/C repair for my Crosstrek. I needed to return the car twice because the repair had not occurred. The only redeeming parts of the four week saga were that they provided a loaner (seems pretty basic for this scenario), and after three weeks, a service manager was assigned to me who actually knew how to pick up the phone and tell me what was going on.

Country nice people but if you're looking for the best deal you need to shop around. I paid about $1500 more because they have no negotiation room on used cars, I love my car, 2015 Subaru Outback Limited with 55,000 miles, but I needed to add new tires and a battery to bring it up to safe driving standards. I got the car I always wanted but there were better deals Melbourne and West Palm Beach. I am disappointed they only accept 5 star reviews from customers to publish. They are focused on delivering profits with a Country Smile.DH

First visit to new location. Good service, kept in touch while changing oil and rotating tires. Received calls and videos about tech report and about upcoming 90k service. Pleasant service staff and smooth return of vehicle.

Carlos Vasquez was the perfect find. This man was so kick-back-take-your-time. Be happy. Relaxed. Can’t say enough good things about his approach. He never failed to answer my questions and there were many. The entire crew and we met many people while there treated us respectfully, like family. We identified a photo on the wall and received a free car detail session. The entire process was fabulous, fantastic, appreciated and we got a car! Thanks Dyer Subaru.

Terrible service staff: Amanda Clark, Manager and Kevin Brittell, Advisor. These two refused to return my phone messages to set up a third appointment to try to fix the same unfixed problem they sent me home with. This dealership lacks integrity and has poor customer care and servicing.

I just moved to the area and worried that finding a great service center would be an issue-exactly the opposite! I’ve found a place where I can bring my vehicle for great maintenance work and the customer service is phenomenal!!! As a single mom and teacher, I feel safe and secure knowing I can trust this establishment. I’m also starting to think about the future, when I may need to buy a newer car. All around Dyer Suburu Vero Beach is THE BEST!

Alan was fantastic to work with to purchase a new Subaru. He was kind, very informative and was not your typical pushy salesperson. He made a normally unenjoyable experience feel much easier. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, Alan took the time to do another detailed walk-thru of the vehicle with me to make sure I was all set up and comfortable to head home. Can’t recommend working with him enough!

I have been taking my car to Dyer for years because I trust them. I was very impressed with my service advisor Madison. I appreciated how she explained everything to me and she did not talk down to me because I don't know a lot about cars. That means a lot to me. The customer service and my trust in Dyer is what keeps me coming back. They are honest about when something needs to be done and when I can wait and why.

We purchased our 2022 Subaru Outback one year ago. Love it and have had no problems. Took it in today for its first service and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this dealer.

Have been continuously happy with the people at Dyer. Professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We love our Forrester too. But it’s the people that make it an A+ experience.
