My IPhone died while at Disney World, my battery is faulty, causing it to randomly turn off. I took it to this shop since they were open on sundays. The worker was very professional and attentive. The battery replacement was going to take 40 minutes. I have a Japanese iPhone 14 Pro which looks like an American iPhone 13. The worker found me in the mall and we discussed the model versions. I showed him my phone settings to verify the version number. Other than that, there were no issues with the battery replacement.
