I've been coming here since it opened. Don and Tisha are both great owners. The other gym members are very friendly, and everyone is encouraging and supportive. The equipment (and the facility as a whole) is kept very clean and neat.

We are a locally owned Gym. We offer Children's Fitness, Small Group Training, Personal Training, Bootcamps, Tribe Team Training, and open gym times. We are a function fitness gym, we invite all levels of fitness to join us in their fitness journey, whether you are new to fitness, or have a background in fitness/sports. We have a team of nine personal trainers on staff, two who are Master Tribe Team Training Coaches. We look forward to growing with and serving the community.
