The staff was very friendly and did a great job. The lobby isn't the best and they might benefit from a take-a-number system. Good deal on the car. Easy process once I got through the line.

We made a reservation for a vehicle before we arrived. After we landed, they called and said they didn't have any vehicles available. Appearently the reservation doesn't mean anything. Don't waste your time with them.

I was unprepared when I rented a car for the first time last month! I would rate this experience a 10/10 because of Samara and Jamie! They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, and even after a month, I am still appreciative. I'll be renting from this company everytime I visit Vero Beach!

This location has really gone downhill. I rented a car to drive to Dawsonville, Georgia. The car was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke and when I called to talk to them about the rental 158 dollars one way, so I had the car 8 and a half hours. The staff was rude. Please stay away. I went to Budget and paid 280 dollars for a one way rental, so it is not about the money. Read the rest of the reviews. There is a commonality to all of these reviews.Please Mr. Owner,This is your pat response. I am bringing back a car tomorrow that I picked up at Hartsfield Jackson International on 2/3. The vehicle is the Enterprise Corporate Standard, not the smoke smelling, unmaintained vehicle I picked up from your store. You need to clean house with your staff. They are extremely rude and were not dressed professionally which is another Enterprise Corporate Standard.

I attempted to rent a car from here, and after being told my license won't be accepted for being a temporary, I contacted corporate to try and understand their policy. Corporate told me it is NOT policy to deny a temporary license, but it is up to a non-corporate branches discretion to accept or deny one. After receiving my permanent license, I begrudgingly returned to enterprise because they had a drop off within 1 mile of my destination. The female behind the counter, Jamie, decided to hold a grudge against me for my negative feedback. Instead of attempting to be a proper businesswoman and change my mind about the customer service I previously received, she denied renting me a car. I then walked directly across the street and obtained a rental car from AVIS at a cheaper and friendlier rate within minutes.

The morning we rented the office was very busy. The staff was very pleasant. They acknowledged each customer as they came in. The apologized for the delay, and handled my rental quickly and painlessly. My return was equally efficient and friendly.

This Enterprise site was all right After paying for upgrade to an SUV, I did not receive the one I requested. Everything went smoothly with my pick up and drop-off, but I had to take a star off for the bulkiness of the Ford Edge they gave me, instead of the Nissan Rouge I specifically requested. The Edge just was not a comfortable and smooth drive. Otherwise, no complaints.
