This was almost ridiculous! I called them YESTERDAY and a beautiful carpet is already installed. I guess we get used to slow, painful service that it's SHOCKING when it's so good. Everyone in this family-run business is knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and respectful. I highly recommend.
