The customer service at this location is fantastic. I prefer to drop documents here tan at a drop box due to theft.
Great service, friendly staff and they have my daily business.

Very, very small location with very little space between the front door and the counter. The FedEx employee was helpful and pleasant.

I had an amazing experience at the FedEx Ship Center thanks to Jacob! He went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but he was also incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. It’s not often you come across customer service this good. Jacob made a potentially stressful situation completely seamless. Thank you for your outstanding help—I truly appreciate it!

This FedEx location is fantastic! Jacob and Heather are both an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and assisted me in shipping. This location is convenient and I will be returning in the future when I need to ship items. If you are looking for a convenient and professional location to ship items, I strongly recommend you visit this location and specifically ask for Jacob or Heather!

À young lady helped me send a FedEx prepaid label from my iPhone to the Miami airport lost and found. She was successful and thanks to her I got my mini iPad back. She was smart, helpful, and really nice too. My thanks to her and the FedEx people of 8th court in Vero.

Update: second day air envelope was stolen. 7 Days later it had not moved or updated but it's a nightmare trying to get a refund. Never again
Save your money....Sent an envelope second day air, it's now been 3+ days yet FedEx can't give me an estimated delivery date and won't refund my money and won't let me file a claim because I think it's been stolen since it hasn't moved in almost 48 hours. A second package that was supposed to arrive today also is not being delivered and they cannot and will not give me an estimated delivery date for that nor will they refund my money. You have the woman who processed this at this location assured me the package would be delivered today and I paid extra for second day air for no reason. And their customer service is so bad they make Walmart look like the poster child for customer service. Never again!

arrived at the store at 1225p , they close for lunch at 1230p (could not get me out the door fast enough)
location would not generate a label for shipping an envelope suggested a go to staples and print out a label and use a dropbox website states shipping services... must really just be a drop off point with a person behind the counter

The site refused my return even though I asked before bringing it into the store if they would take a large package and they said yes. Way to treat people with disabilities.

Just didn't expect it to be closed for lunch. Had to wait some 1/2 hour to be serviced. But the attendant was punctual and nice, and the shipment was delivered in record time! I was overall very pleased.
