Everyone needs to make a profit, but gouging so high it makes online shopping to easy. I would love to shop local but not at these price points.

They know SO MUCH when it’s plain to see they know SO LITTLE. This is a place that’s better catered toward the town drunks. They don’t even keep proper track of their inventory.

The owner required that we have cash to make a purchase because it was over $300. He refused a credit card because "it might be an issue with the card" as if the card was stolen. We had ID so the card was clearly not stolen. Though we had the cash, we did not make the purchase. We have an extensive collection of over 250 collectible bottles of liquor - one of which we purchased at this very location from another salesperson. We try to shop locally but will never visit this location again.

convenient, for a small place they have a large selection of everything from cordials to grain alcohol. very easy to find what i needed by the signs overhead. could be a little cleaner inside but overall the experience was great.

This is a very good liquor store. They have a great variety of craft beers and the usual national beers. The staff is helpful and the prices are decent.

Not a bad place to shop; a little over-stocked with shelves and displays. Good pricing and friendly people - (Lady from India was very nice - gave her a book) Tim gave me good advice on a product from Texas and he was right!UPDATE 2021:Still running very well - don't understand others complaints. Hallooo - it is a Beverage store that pays a lot of rent and they need to offer as many products as possible - so it is a little cramped but everybody is very friendly!

Huge inventory. Was trying to find some iced coffee, they didn't have any. They definitely had all the alcohol you want.

Grand Slam has a very good selection and is reasonably priced. They offer a diversity of brands of atypical liquors like pisco and cachaca. Store Hours are a little challenging.

We have been going to Grand Slam for the past 10 years. Very loyal customers. I bought a kegerator in March and have been purchasing kegs from here about every 3-4 weeks. This past time I got a bad keg. Nothing but foam, beer was off color and made me violently ill. Brought the 3/4 full keg back today and the owner was like oh well basically nothing I can do for you. Kept pointing out the date on the keg. I said that doesn’t matter the seal was not right I think because when I untapped it I could hear all the Co2 escaping. Which has never happened before. He said call the distributor they will tell you the same, that he won’t get credit for it so he won’t give me credit. I will call the distributor Monday. If I was trying to get free beer I would not have brought back a 3/4 full keg. After today I will no longer step a foot in his store. Bad customer service if you ask me wouldn’t you as an owner offer something to a loyal customer ?Here is the email I rec’d from the distributor today. This owner is a lair and cheat.TracyThank you for reaching out to us at Southern Eagle. Product Quality on our draught products is of the upmost importance to us. Unfortunately, from time to time we experience that some kegs will have a bad seal on the keg and will diminish the quality of the product for our consumers. We will always pick up a spoiled or damaged keg from our retailers if there is an obvious bad seal on the keg and the kegs is mostly full. I know that you were not happy with the customer service that you experienced at the store that you purchased it from, but we will need to credit the account that originally purchased the keg from us if the keg damaged. They will receive credit from us and should in return be able to give you credit for your purchase.
