The old lady that was there is very rude and she mess up my son hair. I was very disappointed of her. She yelling at us telling us she know how cut hair and im like no u don't. I wish I remember her name but I can't. I'll never go back there again. My son wasn't happy with his cut. So I had to take him to somewhere else to fix it.

Horrible experience, my grandson was given a terrible haircut, older woman, and was rude and nasty to my daughter in law. I wish I knew her name. She didn't listen to what they were wanting.

Awful experience for my nephew his hair was butchered and my sister in law was treated horribly by the woman cutting my nephews hair. Sadly we did not get her name she was an older woman but will not go back or recommend this location to anyone. Taking him somewhere today hopefully they can fix the monstrosity he walked out with!

Every few months I bring my Nana to the Sun Plaza location to get her haircut and every time I ask the staff not to say the total aloud and to tell her the hair washing is included if she asks (she doesn't know I pay for her haircuts), and every time we get such a sweet person that goes along with it and hypes her up. Thank you to the wonderful people who make her day!
