Service was a kids hair cut. The quality service was phenomenal thanks to Jessica. My nephew felt very comfortable with her. Amazing customer service from her. Also the salon is very clean and organized. We definitely recommend this place.

Definitely not happy with how my hair was cut. I asked for just below the shoulders cut as my hair was long, well now it is not even touching my shoulders. Michele was my hairdresser and thought she would do what was asked and specified below shoulders. My hair does grow fast so thankfully it will be as I want it but will go back to a different person to cut my hair.

Didnt care for this location. The womans station had so much hair on the floor and on the table in front. Then she messed up my sideburns as they were not even. I guess depends who you get.

The management needs some changing. The woman in charge at this location is not adequate to be a manager. Inappropriate behavior, drama enticing, talking bad about their employee and not doing the duties of a proper manager. As a business your reputation not only relies a lot on your costumers but as well as on your employees. If the employees are not being treated correctly it should be known as well. The owner is responsible for this being fixed but they also have not done anything about it.

Ms. Heidi butchered my hair very recently July 2024! I asked for a slight trim and she chopped away at it and messed up the style and sides beyond recognition. There is not style at all now. She combed and combed it dry until my curls were all frizz and then dry cut it. Walking around my head with her scissors, as if I were an experiment, snipping and snapping as she turned and turned; very bizarre. Afterwards she put three different products in mu hair to try and plump up my curls. After choking me to death with spray after spray, one had no clear idea what the cut looked like until going home and washing it. If you want your head shaved she's the one for you. Otherwise do not ask for any mid to long length styled hair. What a wasted of money, tip and my time. Now I have to go to the Great Clips in my town to get it recut even shorter to fix all the different chopped out pieces and long pieces that don't match.

absolutely horrible. asked for a low skin fade and had to stop her immediately as she put the clipper to top of my head. (men will understand). it is the easiest and a pretty fast haircut and she said she interpreted low as the clipper size. what a junk place. Also didn't give my military discount.
