“If you want to have a level of customer service that goes above and beyond, I am currently at the National Championship for sporting clays and when I went to shoot the main event I realized that I had not changed to my 12 gauge barrel, instead of panicking, I drove my cart to duPont Krieghoff, fifteen minutes before I was to compete, and asked Kemble duPont if she could help me, she calmly grabbed a 30” barrel off the wall and then asked me what chokes I needed to compete. I then went out and shot the main event, stress free. Thank you Kemble and your entire team of professionals. Now that is the definition of exemplary customer service!”
