“Today, August 9, 2026 I visited the Vero Beach Lowe’s home improvement store. I brought in a used lawnmower and was looking for a different lawnmower that was self-propelled. I ran into a Lowe’s customer service person and he could not have been more helpful. His name was Jonathan. Jonathan and I had a long conversation about the pros and cons of the ego lawnmower, self-propelled versus non-self-propelled. After I finished talking with him and learning more about these lawnmowers he convinced me that the self-propelled lawnmower, which was more expensive, was certainly worth the extra charge. Not only did he helped me decide on a good lawnmower, but he assisted in ringing me up personally and then bringing the lawnmower box out to my car and loading it without any help. What a fantastic young man. He is a testament to Lowe’s personalized service as well as knowledge of products. I will definitely be back to Lowe’s and hopefully run into Jonathan once again as he was super kind and helpful!”
