That first time experience was seamless in working with the sales people in respects to experience, knowledge and professionalism; not to mention having everything of higher quality to choose from. This time working with sales/account manager Heather Lockwood I was immediately shown the type of LVT I was considering ahead of time and given all the material data re such. After taking the 3 samples narrowed down to, to my home to see the relevance; the decision was apparent quickly. Upon return the next day, the sales process was completed without further ado. The person doing the restoration work/labor also participated in this decision and matter and coordinates with Pro Source with others as well and is highly respected. All of this to date has been top-notch and satisfying, where recommending them to anyone else is without doubt and goes without saying otherwise. A high-5 and then some!”

“This store always has the products that we need. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Customer service is quick and we've never had an issue.You do have the occasional Twilight zone moment where all the employees seem to have disappeared and you can't find anybody to help you but it doesn't happen too often.We don't make the casual stop at the store anymore because of all the people walking around asking about surveys, air conditioners, and all other matter of things. We seem to get stopped at least three times by three different people asking us questions every time we come here.”

“The dompat and I visited this Lowe’s the other day and were looking for a specific size and color of 16-18” pavers. It appeared the store didn’t have the pavers available in the specific color we wanted. Luckily we were assisted by a very knowledgeable and friendly lady named Toni.! She proceeded to stop what she was doing to assist us for the next. 10-15 minutes as we tried to solve the paver color and type crisis we were experiencing. Toni advised about the possibility of ordering direct over the website as the pavers may be able to be transported to this Lowe’s from another location. Also Toni made us aware that we could use slightly different pavers and then use concrete stain to make the pavers all uniform. She even told us which aisle to go to. although we didn’t purchase anything on this visit, it was very nice talking with Tony and she gave us some great ideas for how to finish this project. We have at home. Next time you’re in Lowe’s go out to the garden section where the pavers and bricks are, and say hi to Tony I’ll be glad you did.”
