I go to this ReStore a lot , and I donate and buy. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, the woman named Ginger S was rude and had Attittude !! When I told her I didn’t want to deal with her and went to the other clerk, she told me I had a RACE issue !! Seriously !She should not work with customers , as everyone in that store is so nice and helpful.Awful experience with her !!

Buyers beware if you're trying to buy a pull out or a bed with a liner on it from habitat for humanity make sure you pull their liner off of the matress and look it over good. Just bought one up there, pulled the liner off and it has big large stains of blood and black mold throughout the whole matress. I called up there and they informed me they do not check under liners. They offered me a refund so I will take it back, and the lady asked for all of the liners back for the matress so I am betting anything that they will be putting it back on the show room floor once they cover it back up again of course. I will be checking back to see if they had placed it back on the floor and I am already going to call the health department.

Went there and they were closed. The time was 5:27 and the doors were locked. I been in retail and understand wanting to get out of the store at a reasonable time but locking the doors more than a half hour ahead of time is not right.

Don't take your donations to the Vero Beach location. The employees there are extremely rude. Better off donating to Good Will who appreciates your efforts.

Very large store and well organized. Furniture over priced even after 75%off.

This is beyond a doubt MY favorite store. I love the overall concept by which they operate. ((with donated items and gracious donor support (too many to mention here but available on their web cite) low income residents of Indian River County are able to either restore their otherwise inhabitable structure to a safe home or have a home built for them at prices they can afford, often with a 0% loan). Qualified individuals must enroll in debt management courses they provide, learn how to save money, and participate in "sweat equity hours" for other program participant's). Unquestionably, the Habitat For Humanity Programs are "Hand Up" rather than "Hand Out" programs. When we shop there or donate items or services, we are impacting the community we live in in a big way. My Hat's off to anyone and everyone that plays any part (big or small) in the Store and/or Habitat for Humanity.

Love it here! I stumbled upon a 50% off flash sale which was awesome. A few days later I stopped by in search of a potato masher, and found one for 25 cents! I would definitely recommend it here and I would definitely return. 100 times better than goodwill. Staff is friendly and checkout was efficient and fast. They also have plug-ins to test electric items.

I've never been there. I don't know why this keeps popping up. In fact I am now back in the State of Idaho. We have our own thrift stores out here. Thank you. Betty N

Love this place! Inventory is constantly changing and I’ve found quite a few really great items here, including brand new hard wood upper cabinets for $25 each (originally $119 a pieces from Home Depot). Worth stopping in periodically to check out what’s new.

Jay was so helpful! I was getting ready to do a production of Annie at my school and was last-minute shopping for our set when Jay stepped in and took care of me. He played a big part in making the show a success and Habitat will now be my first stop when looking for interesting pieces for next year’s shows!

I have been visiting this store for over 5 years. I have always been treated nice, the staff are amazing. Jay is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspect of the Restore. He is friendly and always ready to give good advice and solve your problem. Items are great as well and reasonably priced.
