They were very professional and I was in and out quickly. I thought the cost to prepare the taxes was a little higher than usual. I did receive a larger refund which compensated for the fee to prepare my taxes.

Doing my taxes at Jackson Hewitt wasn't so bad in fact, it went well. It's similar to h&r block which pretty much does them same but in a different way if you will.I do enjoy doing my taxes there and hopefully I will file there again in the near futures to come

I have to say been going there for years taxes same way so this year our tax lady messed up and had a check sent years same way and she did that i will find someone that will pay attention to what there doing be carefull in these days mistakes can really hurt very upset

I was afraid my refund would be really low this year because i didn’t work as much in 2020 but because Jackson Hewitt knows all the new tax laws my refund was almost the same as last year! I’m so glad I decided to go talk to them!! I would have missed out on over $3000!!!
