I brought my friend to see Tristen. Tristen took the time to listen and advised what she would do to give the best cut for texture and also ease. 10/10 I highly recommend Tristen. My friend left with a style that is manageable and also a smile on her face.

I made an appointment last week for a full foiling haircut. I also had every intention of buying several products and over tipping, as I usually do. I stood at the counter for 45 minutes and waited. And waited. And waited. No one in sight. Finally the MOD tries to help and calls the stylist. No answer. Calls again. Texts. No answer. I'm still waiting. Because I'm a mom. And I work overtime. And I rarely have time for myself. I need this. So I wait. Finally the MOD tells me he simply can't get ahold of her and says I can reschedule. I am honestly so upset. I haven't been this disgusted by an establishments lack of professionalism and lack of common courtesy in so so long. I will never go to JCP Salon. I will never recommend. Things happen sometimes, yes. But this is 100% unacceptable.

I walked in to get a haircut and the lady told me we don't have time as she was giving me a dirty look on her face and didn't even offer me a time to when I could be scheduled to get a haircut the rudest person I've ever met will not come again.

I bought a ring for my wife in Vero Beach in the fine jewelry dept.They had to size it and it came back sized wrong the ring never left the store with us.Then they sent it back to correct there mistake so now we're waiting .Well they called and said it arrived so my wife and me went and picked it up on a Friday Monday she was getting ready for work and noticed platting was coming off.I drove back wanting my money back they said no it had been over 45 days.This was not right when it took so long for my wife to receive her ring.We did pay for the life time pertiction plan so it went back out and this whole process well take around two months.Now to find out the manager said it was over 45 days she could not give me my money back on my card wich she was wrong we bought the ring on Sept 28 I came back in Oct 21 this is not there policy it was less than 30 days.It seems they were very nice when we bought the ring ,but when I wanted a refund they were very rude meaning the store manager.

I have never had my haircut request refuted before. Stylist felt it was her place to tell me what style I should have instead of giving me the style I requested. Also, side lengths did not match and she cut my neck hairline unevenly.

I took my autistic daughter to get her hair colored pink, we had stylist Denise, she was absolutely amazing. She was so happy, and very patient with my angel. She explained everything that she was about to do to my daughter, every step of the way. As you can see in the photos, Denise did a wonderful job on my daughters hair. I highly recommend Denise, especially if you have a special needs child.

If I could rate this any lower I would. I went and got my eyebrows done and they came out uneven and didn’t even look like they had maintenance done to them. I DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Disaster! My daughter made an appointment two months in advance to have her hair styled for her wedding. On the day of her scheduled appointment, just five days before her wedding, the salon called one hour before she was scheduled to go into the salon and cancelled her appointment. She was told no one could perform the service even though when the appointment was made in person two months prior she was assured they could. Two months and no one called to inform her they were unable to provide her with service. When contacted the salon manager showed no regret or remorse, she simply said they could not do anything. When pressed to come up with a viable option she called another JC Penny salon and left our telephone number with them to contact us and then washed her hands of the situation she created. She made no follow up and the second salon never contacted us. One of the most important days of my daughter's life and JC Penny showed a total disregard for her big day. If it had been their daughter's wedding they would not be so uncaring. Stay away!
