Jordan recommended the rhodium plating (which I knew it needed) and I was VERY pleasantly surprised that they did it all in house ans was able to get it done SAME DAY with not a lot of time to spare. Other places I went to wanted to mail it out with a 5-7 business day turn around. Jordan did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB!! My ring looked the BEST it has EVER looked after a professional cleaning!! Literally like it was brand new! I have decided to continue to come to them for my cleanings which are free! GREAT JOB YA'LL!!”

A handmade piece, maube pendant that I didn't want to ruin the luster. Along with with my priceless diamond ring and lots of my treasures. OMG, they are amazing. They must have spent cleaning polishing, checking for loose stones. I had my card out to pay $0$. they spent hours fixing, polishing, & making sure all the jewelry was in good condition. I also want to add if a inexpensive repair comes in they will treat it like precious piece of jewelry. If I could give them a 10 I would. Plus, their jewelry is to die for!! Looking forward to doing more business with them.”
