Absolutely abismal customer service.my wife was on time for her 245 appointment they called her name a few minutes after 3 and told her they don't take samples after 3. She had to spend 40$ on an Uber to gwt there for these people to pull this on her. I'll bet you if she was white and not Hispanic they would have helped her. Terrible service and even worse people

This is the best lab corp locations I’ve been to. I’ve gone to other locations and the employees here are amazing in comparison. It was very fast. They took me 20 minutes early and I was maybe there a total of 10 minutes. Dodi especially was very kind and helpful

Wrong hours of operations listed. Drove from port st lucie to find them closed with different hours on the door. Not happy at all!

If I could rate lab corp with a zero I would. My husband had an extensive blood draw on 7/18. As of this date there are no results . I have called four times. No one answers the phone . No messages have been returned. He had a simple blood test done on 8/30. No results from that test either.Go to Quest.

Absolutely terrible attitudes and do not respect people’s time. Waited/checked in for 20 minutes to get blood draw and pee in a cup, being the only one there waiting to be seen, the technician told me to leave and come back in an hour because they were closing for lunch. Enjoy your hour long lunch break while now I have to find time to get blood drawn between my two full time jobs. It would have been a courtesy to tell me when they were closing but rather had me wait and waste my time, then to ask me to leave with no “sorry” attitude but rather entitled and “is what it is” attitude.

I went to this location for a simple pre-employment drug screen. I walked into the location around 11:35 and went to check in. When I finished checking in, the woman at the reception, Doreen, called me up to speak with me. She asked me if I had enough pee to fill the cup to their requirement. I said that I should be fine. She repeatedly asked me 3 times about it, and got aggressive with me stating “if you don’t have enough pee, you will forfeit your drug screen.” I said I will be fine, thank you, and sat down to wait. While I was waiting, one of the ladies from the back came out and locked the main entry door around 11:45. At 11:50 an elderly woman with a walker was at the door knocking asking to come in. Not once did anyone from the front desk come to assist this woman despite customers repeatedly letting them know. Instead, they gossiped behind the desk and talked negatively about customers as we were sitting in the room. Stating “someone unlocked the door and let another customer in” amongst other things. All they cared about was getting to lunch at 12:00. Mind you, there were three customers in the lobby, including myself. Right before I was called in the back, another woman came out and asked me if I had enough urine for the screening. I said yes, she then stated “if you don’t have enough to fill up to the line, you will have to come back later and test again.” Doreen then chimed in and said “No, he will have to forfeit his exam.”but with a slightly aggressive or annoyed tone. Doreen ended up helping me in the back for my screening. She didn’t use any manners, no please, no thank yous, and no interest in making the experience more than a standard in/out transaction. The whole thing felt like customers were just a number and a definite inconvenience to them. Poor customer service, zero customer obsession, and a lack of treating adults as anything more than their children. Understanding that people have “off days,” I still do not recommend this location to anyone for the simple fact of how we were treated.
