Website says open on Sundays from 12-5pm but they are not open. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried to go there on a Sunday only to find them closed both times. The first time Ithought it was just a fluke but now, closed on Sunday AGAIN?!?!? Please change the hours on your website. Deceptive to say the least!

The folks that work in the store are unfriendly and awkward , which unfortunately does not work in retail sales. I thought maybe I went on an off day but I went back a second and third time and it's always the same. Maybe a tutorial on basic customer service would benefit?

I've read the reviews from previous customers and they were all positive. But my experience was very negative. There was also another customer and she was asked if she would like a dressing room. As non- Caucasian, they gave no customer service. I still supported their business and bought a couple of nice items.I refuse to be offended!

I Went to this store today with a friend from Santa Barbara to show off our local consignment shops. Don't understand how a small business can afford to stay open with such a snotty attitude. The woman did not great us or ask if we needed help and when we tried to speak with her she basically blew us off. Saw a pair of huge, very dirty Chanel sandals for $1,100.00. Personally I wouldn't have take them from a free box. I do NOT recommend this over-priced snooty (for no good reason) store at all. Don't waste your time.

Nice things, but very uncomfortable with the sales staff. First they ignored me, then they followed me around the store. No, I wasn't going to steal anything. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

I was gladly surprised by the beautiful clothes in the store... The attendant was really nice and helpful. Great price for such a beautiful clothes!

I went in to consign some clothes and a lady helped us and she was so rude and impolite. She gave us dirty looks as we were leaving and just not professional. Very mean and rude.

Wow! This store does not look like a consignment shop! It is more like a boutique. If you are looking for something special or just a dress for dinner tonight this is the place to go. And it smells wonderful! (They sell these amazing candles!)

Friendly and helpful team of stylists. Cinnamon goes out of her way to assist you when you can’t decide what pieces fit you the best or need help completing an outfit. I love her coaching and an honest opinion because I need it! She makes me try on things that otherwise would slip my attention and sure enough they turn out to be my favorite and fun to wear pieces. Labels has the right clothes for every occasions, highly recommended.
