Climate Controlled. Friendly. Streamlined rental. Best location: near my future apt and I95. Easy to do business with. My 1 BR furniture fit in the 10 X 10 they recommended. It smelled fresh when I came to remove it to my new address. I recommend Climate Controlled. Rent increased 2 times over 8 months.
