I recently moved to Vero and stumbled upon Lilly Nails. I am so glad I found this gem of a salon!! The service is amazing, and everyone is so welcoming! This is 4th time I have gone back to them, and they consistently provide excellent service! Big thank you to Tony for making my nails look beautiful! I highly recommend you getting your nails done at Lilly Nails :)

I got a soak off and never felt that type of pain in my life. I asked for minimal damage on my natural nails but when I left my fingers were bloody and throbbing and my nails were as flimsy as paper😭

Natalie is wonderful! So pleasant and beautiful smile! She gave a great pedicure and nice long leg and foot massage! Great family business.
Just had to change this review from 5 to 4 stars because now that I’m able to look closer at my painted toe nails the polish doesn’t cover the whole nail. I’m sure Natalie would do another coat if I went in but I don’t live there and won’t be back for a month.

I was on a mini-vacation and decided to get a last-minute pedicure. They weren't busy, so I got service right away. It's a nice place, too bad I live too far.

I went there for my daughter’s first mani/pedi ever today! (She’s 5 years old) they were so kind and gentle with her little fingers and toes and made sure she was comfortable. All of her nails came out great and so did mine :) I’m really glad I went there with my little one I will be going again for sure!

I’ve been a regular customer for about a year and half. I was very satisfied with quality and customer service until recently. The gel polish they are using will come off within a day or two. Not sure if they have changed the gel product but it happened more than once. This happened to my daughter as well and they were happy to fix the nails that came off but it’s an inconvenience to have to return several times for one gel manicure.

The first time I went was a great experience. The gentlemen to the left of the salon, I didn't get his name did an amazing job. So I came back to get my nails done again, and had the rudest lady. As she was removing my polish she asked what I wanted and I showed her, she said NO! So abrupt and in such a rude tone. I was like No? Why? And she just goes NO! WE DONT DO COLORS! And stopped removing my polish. I told her no I will stay pay to remotely polish please. As she's removing she tried changing her tone and tries to be polite but at that point I was done. Then she's about to finish and goes so no color today? You just told me no?! Like what? I just said no, and waited up front to pay and still tipped. But will not be coming back.
You could have just said you didn't have time for designs today, or you don't do different colors,but you chose to be so rude.

I went for a gel manicure and a pedicure . The woman was very rough and threw my hands all over the place. She was in a mad rush and it is the worst gel manicure I have ever had .The gels is uneven . iI couldn't recommend this place . I think they are still in business because maybe they are the only ones in that plaza . I am very disappointed. Awful service , poor quality work .

I was a walk-in for a mani-pedi and after getting my toes done they started my nails but in the middle of doing my nails the lady who was assisting me stopped and helped the walk-in . I had to wait for another nail lady to do my nails and she was so rude to me. Never coming back!
