This is written for my friend who shops Ocean Av. Trying to get an old credit back from the new owner.
Had you offered a discount or some compensation for this $100 + credit held with Sandy. Instead you lost a customer. I lil PR goes a long way.
When you first open the door you will smell mildew immediately I personally brought it to their attention. The two ladies working laughed it off and claimed they don’t smell it.
Tip; make the entrance way pleasant so people want to enter and not think it’s a consignment shop. If I wasn’t with my friend I would’ve walked out.

Walked into here with my mom after a nice girls lunch. The sales associate looked like we were thoroughly inconveniencing her. She grimaced at us and then followed us around like we were going to steal something. I'm not sure what she thought I was going to shove into my designer clutch, but I guess we must have looked suspicious. We will not be visiting again.

This is a special , lovely shop with beautiful clothes and accessories . There are also decorative items and table top items for your home . Loggia has very unique jewelry and I get compliments regarding my Loggia purchases all the time . My favorite store at the beach and the owner and staff are always gracious and helpful.

Lovely shop but proprietor was not welcoming. (We were appropriately dressed and well groomed. Not in beach attire and not teenagers). Spent plenty of $$ in other nearby shops where staff was friendly and helpful but will not support this shop.
