I wish I could give 0 stars. I was charged an additional $9 every month since April 2023 on some insurance that I did not consent for and had no idea until December 2023. That’s an additional $63 for the past 7 months for no reason. I have been a customer of Metro since 2016. Customer service online was incredibly helpful. Be careful with this location. Employees will apparently sign you up for a service without your consent. I’m not sure if they get incentive for it, but it’s unacceptable and incredibly seedy. Go to another location.

Nick was amazing! He got my phone charged. Best customer service experience I have ever had in that store! He was kind enough to interact with my Oliver. So I purchased new items for my phone.

Worst phone service, two cups and a string is more reliable, customer is terrible, the store is a joke need to start a class action law suit to shut them down I'm contacting people to find out how to start one

Titiana the assistant manager at this store was amazing great customer service solved all my problems for me ! I would 100% recommended coming to see Titiana at this store ! Thank you ! Great person with character, understanding saved my life !

My aunt went in because she thought her cell phone I got her was turned off, it wasn't it was because some of the AT&T towers were down....the girl in Metro didn't mention this to my aunt, I had gotten her a phone and paid the bill here in kentucky so she wouldn't have to worry about a phone. Well the girl at Metro sold her a phone and charged her about 150.00 and 55.00 month now, my phone I sent her cost me 20.00 a month. Anyway the girl took the Sims card out of the phone I got her so now I'm going to have to get her a new sims card and another phone, set it up and mail it to my 84 yr. aunt.....That's why I wouldn't recommend Metro that was horrible and the girl is a thief. Metro isn't the type I want to get service through knowing that they steal from a senior citizen. And I wouldn't give them 1 star if I didn't have to so I can post this review.

I went there to reconnect my son's phone that came from ins I had lee and Hadley they were awesome very helpful after explaining to them the hard time i² had at another store they were nothing more then helpful and said they were sorry I had such a hard time at the other store they put my sons phone on and even took my ins deductible for my daughter's and even said they would help her retrieve her account s that she forgot password s too they know how to treat people not like the other store I dealt withThey get 5 stars from me so if your in vero go visit them for help wonderful people .. thank you ?

Tee was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and informative about the Software and Devices. She left no questions unanswered and the entire experience, from beginning to end, was an easy process and completely enjoyable. I'm 100% satisfied!

Maria was more than helpful in choosing my new cell phone, she found ways to help my new phone and accessories for my budget. Her personality was awesome and the person she was training at the time, Hunter was great too. Rosa has done an excellent job as district manager and really set the bar high for customer service. Thanks metro team for always helping me. This is why I don't change providers cause att and Verizon never give the attention the Vero metro stores offer.
