Don't know what's going on with Metro these days but I always pay my cell phone bill with cash. This guy's Internet never works and he cannot accept cash... So after leaving there I had to rush to the other Metro store which closed at 7pm. I got there at 6:49. The girl waited 2+ mins and didn't even come out until I said hello loud enough for her to hear. Then she said she already counted her register and also turned off her computer.... The door was still open? Usually meaning they are still open for business. The real kicker was this was not the 1st time they have refused to take my cash payment. This is a horrible business look and it makes me not want to pay with a card even more.

Just left this location. Got there at 8:50 to transfer my daughter phone. The representative off back said she couldn't take any cash payments. Not even asking me for my account number or name ,telling me to call customer service to switch my lines Instead Basically telling me she is closed during business hours . I am very unpleasant ,un happy all the above every time I waste my gas trying to get help from one of the representatives. This the 2nd store this done happen . They really need to learn how to be more professional instead of IGNORANT.

I'm no longer a Metro/Tmobile customer and received amazing customer service from "Alexis". Received better customer care here than I did at one of their competitor's stores. Thank you! I miss Metro/Tmobile.

Went from AT&t to MetroPCS and I applied for the ACP program Right there in the store and they said I was approved and now I'm getting a runaround.. That's why I give them 2 stars. They tell me you have to call this number that number or this number but when I was in the store they said I was approved and it would apply to my account within 2 months ?

My dad had a problem with his new phone. I took it in and was helped right away....in just a few minutes the problem was fixed and I was on my way. My dad was very happy.
