I'm no longer a Metro/Tmobile customer and received amazing customer service from "Alexis". Received better customer care here than I did at one of their competitor's stores. Thank you! I miss Metro/Tmobile.

Went from AT&t to MetroPCS and I applied for the ACP program Right there in the store and they said I was approved and now I'm getting a runaround.. That's why I give them 2 stars. They tell me you have to call this number that number or this number but when I was in the store they said I was approved and it would apply to my account within 2 months ?

My dad had a problem with his new phone. I took it in and was helped right away....in just a few minutes the problem was fixed and I was on my way. My dad was very happy.

I entered the store with a list of questions. Sweet Tangilly was so patient. She took each question & explained the procedure & demonstrated each! What an answer to prayer! I'll come in the days she's working! My 3rd time to the store! Tangilly is #1!!!!

I went to metro yesterday and the lady there was very helpful both my kids broke there phones and we are out of town the lady did our ins that we have but one didn't go through she called me back to let me know one did not go through but I didn't receive the message till the next day so I called back was told do I have the right store after that I went in person and explained what had happened the day before and that I needed to come back and fix one the account s the man Devin would not help me and the other big lady that was there knew what happened the day before and refused to get involved this place does not have good customer skills those two people just don't want to be bothered or work that's sad but the other lady I had the day before was wonderful I want to say her name was Rosa the other 2 need to be fired or taught customer skills and friendly skills so sad

My experience was one of the best ever. Wait time was minimal. Assistance was well above average. Incredibly knowledgeable ... I actually learned a few new things. I'm so glad to have been assisted by( Rose / Rosa ) the wonderful bilingual lady I had.All is well ?

What has happened to metro pcs?Only 2 fones to pick from. I ask the girl if she knew where I could get my fone repaired and her answer was"I don't do that". When I ask her to show me how to transfer files to my memory card, she started tapping buttons so fast I just gave up. Then, without my permission she went into my Google account and started downloading/uploading my stuff to the cloud.( whatever that is). And I walked out having NO clue what just happened to my fone. For all I know she planted a bomb. Good grief. I'm 68, not 16.And for crying out loud...Speak up and enunciate so that folks can understand your " mumble". Good grief. Soooo typical of customer service in Vero Beach. How sad.

I had an amazing experience with Rosa today. She answered all my questions. Helped me with my new A52 5g phone and transferred all my data to the new phone. She is one of a kind, very professional.

I was in a bit of a situation, I needed a new line, contract and to keep my phone number. Serena helped me and was great, she stayed on the phone for about an hour with customer service rectifying my problem. Phone stores get a bad wrap because ppl go in with problems, walk out with a solution and leave some positive feedback

I don't know what I'd do without Rosa. The best at running these locations. Metro PCS needs to train all managers with the same friendly courteous and outstanding service that Rosa gives to all customers. She is as much as an extended family member . Love this woman. Lisa
