“I lost my “water resistant” phone to the pool on vacation and was panicking. After visiting a few sketchy repair places, I found this one with good reviews and I’m glad I did. James was super friendly and quick to repair it knowing the urgency. He was super informative and replaced my charging port without ordering any other parts I might not need. He even provided me some authentication texts while he was working on the phone, so I could access apps on my wife’s phone.
