Carla Klein Insurance Services saves the day, again! I found out at 4:30 PM that I needed a policy bound by end of business - one email to Carla and my phone was ringing! Policy bound in time!!I have purchased my homeowners insurance from Carla since moving to Vero Beach nearly 12 years ago - first as s renter, then as a homeowner. She is always able to supply a competitive rate - but that is not why I choose her every time. I choose her for the OUTSTANDING service she gives every time I need her. So far, I have not had any major catastrophes (knock on wood), but when that day comes, I have complete confidence that Carla will take the best care of me and my family!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I transferred all 3 of my homeowners insurance policies to Carla Klein Insurance from another local agent, and my extended family then did the same with theirs. Carla provides education about all the products and options - not just quotes. Insurance can be confusing with a lot of "legalese" and she cuts right to what you need to know at a consumer friendly level. No pushiness, pressure or ambivalence. She and her staff is super friendly, follows up and is on top of everything.

Fast, friendly, highly professional service. We got more coverage at a lower price than from anyone else! Research was conducted, appropriate questions asked, and no discrepancies on any of the paperwork. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience~ very efficient operation. I went through them for insurance and had nothing but trouble and Lora Smith kept saying how she was going to help and find another insurance company for us since we got cancelled from one because we didn't move into it right away and were remodeling the kitchen. Well shortly after I haven't heard from her since even after a few e-mails and calls. I'm not impressed.
