It offers a complete range of products and services including Checking and Savings accounts, Money Market accounts, Certificates, IRAs, First and Second Mortgages, Car Loans, Visa® Credit Cards, and Business Services. Customers praise the Credit Union's good online service, easy online experience, and helpful staff like Jessica, Jenny, Jody, and Jennifer. However, the only issue reported is the lack of an awning over the ATM, making it difficult to use during the day due to the bright sun shining on the screen. Overall, iTHINK Financial is described as a great credit union with competitive rates and excellent customer service.
