Disappointed in our service at this place. We took our car here because our usual car guy was out of state and an issue popped up suddenly that we didn’t want to wait on. We ended up spending almost $1000 for the issue to NOT be fixed. They claimed they replaced something that needed fixed and told us over the phone that the car sounded and felt “way better.” When our usual mechanic got back into town, we took the car to him only for him to tell us he easily found the problem and we wasted our money. $700 more dollars and our car is finally fixed, but not by this place.

Best repair shop I've ever used. I brought them an old beat up truck and they're fixing everything (quickly as well), finding the actual problem so they can repair it cost effectively rather than just ripping things out and replacing. Incredibly honest and competent.

Old Dixie Automotive is amazing. They go above and beyond with their customer satisfaction. It is clear that making a customer happy is priceless to them over the cost. I was blown away after seeing what they do and the cost at the end. The cost was half of what I expected to pay.I brought my BMW to them after going to other shops and I wish I went to the first. This is no remove and replace (R&R) shop. They actually have the knowledge fix it rather than just replace it! Not only did they make sure the service was 100%, they corrected smaller items at no cost. Absolutely unbelievable. It’s hard to find people that know what they are doing today.
