I gave double a few days ago and besides the Publix gift cards I received (as I was very appreciative), I was also told I'd be receiving an additional e gift card. Well, I have done everything possible and still nothing. I have asked them via phone, FB messages and still I haven't received it. I think the e gift card is a scam.

Poor customer service for first timers that would like to donate blood ,understand not everyone is the same if you don’t have the time or patience leave it for Someone else that will appreciate your job.

Big Red Bus Sebastian 11/28 I was a late day walk-in. Quick, professional, and friendly check in and set up. All OneBlood staff I have met are very good and this crew was no exception. Too bad we are limited to 5 stars.

why have an appointment scheduler if you can't provide service at the time of the appointment?

This place was great. They were all super friendly and nice and created a safe, happy, atmosphere for me, which was awesome because it was my first time and I was a little nervous. I ended up fainting after giving blood and they were immediately there to help. They were so cheerful and patient, it really made my experience a good one. Especially Larry. Larry was super friendly, happy, and nice and I cannot thank him enough.

I smile when I enter One Blood Center and see Larry and Susie. Steady, professional, friendly. They are interested in their customers and perform a painless blood draw every time. Both are such assets to the organization. I feel like they are friends and I look forward to continuing to be a regular blood donor in their capable hands.

I gave blood 12-08-2020. I was required a temp check which is understandable due to covid. What was baffling to me is that the temp check was in my mouth under the tongue. This method seemed archaic and unsafe during a pandemic. I questioned the method and was told to take it up with the company. Every place I have been requiring a temp check uses a hand held gun type device to check the forehead or wrist.

I went to give blood today and checked before I made the appt that they only allowed 2 people at a time on the bus. When I went there was going to be 4 total with 2 workers a total of 6 which is to many. When I Arrived they were going to take my temp with a oral probe, the cord is not sanitary and close to your face, not to mention the woman just touches a guys IV site and picked up the probe without sanitizing her hands. I want to help save lives but not at the expense of my life. Needless to say I walked out.

Nicest blood center I've ever been to (I've been to quite a few). Friendly, bright, and efficient without any rushing about. Larry and Susan make a great team.

In an email early New Year's Day, I received a reminder to donate. I went to the Vero Beach Center at 11:00 and was the only donor at that time. The experience was as wonderful as it always has been there. I was treated with respect and appreciation for taking the time on this holiday to give "the gift of life."
