They listen carefully, clearly explain shipment and mailing details, and clarify options. We always get prompt notices about package arrivals. Pak Mail Beachside is wonderful.

I bought some large paintings from two auction houses in Vero Beach and contacted (via email) Pak Mail about having them picked up and shipped to me. Dalia was quick to respond. She made the process smooth, fast, and professional. She took her time answering my questions when I called. My paintings arrived quickly and were very well packaged. Only location near me that I could originate an overnight across country. So helpful with entire process plus a confirmation of delivery. I’ll be using Pak Mail again !

I came on Saturday around 2pm it says online they were open until 4pm. They actually close at 1pm Saturday. I came back again Monday at 5:33 it says they close at 6pm. They close at 5:30PM Monday- Friday. I've now wasted two trips because there hours are not updated online.
