“Absolutely love Bark Avenue! There’s always a friendly face and the staff truly goes above and beyond. If something is out of stock, they not only know exactly when the next delivery is expected—they’ll even set it aside for you and give you a call when it arrives. Their customer service is unmatched, and it’s clear they genuinely care. A true neighborhood gem!”

“I visited the store for the first time yesterday, and I’ll definitely be back! Ben helped me find everything I needed for my new puppy and even recommended some amazing dental treats. His product knowledge is unmatched! Jeff was also incredibly friendly—he signed me up for the VIP rewards program and even gave my pup a sample. Your store is now my go-to spot!”

“Made an emergency stop here once when bringing home our new kitten. We had to make a little stop because the kitten pooped inside the pokemon backpack/ carrier he was in. The staff really helped us out and we ended up getting some things for the new addition to our family. Now he is a happy cat that we spoil like crazy but we will nwver forget the kindness of the staff and how everyone there was very understanding of our situation.”

“I forgot to leave a review when I initially adopted our dog Xena, but we adopted a beautiful Rottweiler she is the sweetest thing ever we ended up changing her name to Gigi. She is such a big part of our family now and we absolutely love her. The staff was wonderful and they did a really good job with making the process simple!! I’m so happy and we love our baby girl. She’s brought so much joy and laughter to our life❣❣❣”

“Had a heartfelt experience at this location today, my dog has recently become very sick so i went to get her some cookies to try and help her feel better/have something to look forward to. one of the workers did something very sweet for me once i told him she was sick. i hope he sees this review and understands how much it meant to me. this location definitely has some of the most kind hearted staff and they make such an impact on someone’s day with the care they give their customers.”

“I take my dog here frequently for short boarding sessions. He’ll walk right in the door without issues and everybody is nice there. There were issues with my previous boarding facility locally my dog would shake and not want to go in and twice when I would go to pick him up he would pee a gallon before we made it out of the facility. As a truck driver I know EXACTLY how long he can hold it on the road and I was outraged thinking about how long he probably spent in a kennel without attention. Twice… This place is the exact opposite I can’t recommend it enough they also have discount grooming sales on certain days.”

“If you need a propane refill in Vero Beach this is the best choice. Firstly, unlike other refill options in this area, they sell it by the pound not flat rate making this the obvious choice helping save money. Spoke with Ashley on the phone when inquiring and she was attentive and helpful and the process was prompt and courteous.”
