Peterson's Groves & Nursery is a historic local business and a staple of Indian River County and Vero Beach, a family tradition since 1913. They offer fresh and delicious produce, including excellent ruby red grapefruit, honey bell oranges, tomatoes, and baked potatoes, alongside organic fruits and vegetables. The nursery has many citrus trees, plants, and flowers for sale. The shop is full of gourmet dressings, dips, sauces, local honey, farm fresh eggs, jelly products, canned goods like relish and jam, souvenirs, sweet delicious Florida taffy, and Alligator Jerky. They also have unbelievably good ice cream, including a refreshing Florida version of a Dole whip in orange, vanilla, or swirl. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. It is a cute place with competitive prices, highly recommended for all your needs.

I love the orange blossom honey from there. I bring it back to Massachusetts with me when I'm visiting here. The stand is so organized, clean with all fresh produce.
