The staff at this PetSmart are always friendly and helpful. They're knowledgeable about the products... especially for my Teddy, and can answer all my questions about his needs. The store is always clean and well-organized, and they have a great selection of food, toys, and other supplies for all kinds of pets! I highly recommend this PetSmart to anyone looking for a great place to shop for their furry (or feathered, or scaled!) friend.

Don't bother calling with any questions. I called and asked if there were any fancy mice and they told me no. Decided to come in and double check and there were three.

I went in several times just to observe the grooming area & groomers.
After 3 times & actually speaking with a groomer I found especially kind & loving, Mackayla, I took my Great Pyrenees in for a bath with her.
My girl looks incredible & isn't stressed out pulling to get the heck out of there like she had at another establishment.
I purchased several more baths & will continue to request Mackayla.

The grooming section of this store is fantastic The girls all back there work together and help each other out they're all talented they consult with you beforehand discussing the exact style of cut you're seeking for your dog and well they just do a great job I have a miniature schnauzer and I had Alexandria give him a nice cut she is very good thank you Alexandria

Today, I went to PetSmart with my 18-month-old baby to buy some toys for his birds. While there, I saw some birds that I really liked and thought about buying a pair as a surprise for my husband, who loves birds. I spoke with the assistant manager, Hazel, asking her questions about the birds because I don't know much about them. Even though the birds cost $300, plus the cage, food, and toys, I was ready to make the purchase.
After Hazel left, I decided to buy the birds and informed a salesperson. The salesperson spoke with Hazel, and then I was told that they couldn't sell the birds to me because Hazel didn't know my intentions. I was shocked and felt extremely discriminated against. I love pets and birds and was prepared to spend close to $900 there.
I felt that Hazel's refusal was unfair and possibly based on an assumption that I couldn't afford the birds or didn't have the capacity to care for them. I left feeling very upset and discriminated against, especially as a woman alone with a baby. I will never return to that PetSmart, and I don't recommend it to others.

I come here for the grooming. They do a great job. Don't buy the dog food or dog treats. It's so much more expensive than the other stores
