“I’ve bought like 2 little things over the years here, and it always seems like your standard little store to get forgotten supplies while at the beach. But you can tell the owners or employees actually care here. One lady was helping someone who I assume was a regular, and I noticed that she gave some amazing customer service to her as you would expect a regular to receive. I asked if they had a tool I was looking for, for sale, and while they didn’t have one for sale, they let me borrow a personal one they had. I’m sure she hadn’t recognized me from the previous times, but she was very trusting of even a new face.”

“A very clean and organized Walgreens, to the extent I can say it is the best one I've ever shopped in. Neat shelves, well stocked, and polite employees. What impressed me the most is how well kept it was despite how busy that location is. They call for other cashiers as soon as there are three people in line and you never have to wait. Every time I go in there I see people I've seen before which tells me it's a spot for regulars and I can see why.”

“Great customer service! I switched pharmacies from one of the big national chains about 2 years ago and I’m glad I did. The pharmacist and the staff at Royal Care always greet me when I enter the store, are quick to help me if I can’t find what I’m looking for and just so friendly and efficient. Text messages when prescription is ready to be picked up, I can’t imagine going back to the big store.”
